Organic Bio-Circular
nature inside. This innovative material development is made from bio-circular plastic and wood fibres.
The circular plastic is extracted from recycled sunflower and rapeseed oil from industry and catering.
The oils are collected and converted into plastic in a special recycling process. These substances have experienced meaningful further use for the first time, until now they have only been thermally recycled.
In addition, no additional agricultural areas are required.
The added wood fibres are obtained from trees that occur during forestry care as well as from residues of paper production.
All woods are sourced from European sources and are FSC certified.
The new material combines the positive properties of wood such as insulation capacity and naturalness with the advantages of plastic such as elasticity, lightness and individual colourability.
The material is free from melamine, BPA and bamboo, of course food-safe and completely recyclable.
